Gentle Healing Yoga
Do you sit all day at a desk, slowly hunching over your computer keyboard? Does it seem as if
the computer monitor draws you in, closer and closer?
Come to yoga and do anti-sitting stretches. Counter-act all that sitting and hunching, at least
for an hour.
All levels welcome. We can work with injuries and chronic pain.
Weekly classes start at 7pm - $12

Private Yoga Lessons
Too intimidated to try the yoga class? Want to experience a yoga class without
worrying about other students? Book a private yoga lesson. You'll get a taste
of what class is like and hopefully learn that we do yoga to feel better, relax and have fun.
All that is required is a willingness to try, to relax and to let your body tell
you what it needs. If you have physical limitations,no problem, everyone does. We adapt the
poses to what we can do safely and comfortably. Contact the store to schedule your private
yoga session.

Dragon Celebration with Candy Taylor Tutt
In addition to Candy's "Here Be Dragons" program,
there will be a book signing and other pastimes designed to unleash your inner dragon.
Book signing from 4pm to 6pm - Free. The "Here Be Dragons" program will start at 7pm
and costs $20. This is a two-part lecture on Dragons in History and the Goddess and the Dragon.

Sacred Geometry and the Pentagram
What power does the star have?
Come and see that this symbol is connected to our body, our psyche, and our cosmos.
We will play with numbers, draw images, construct ¨crystal¨ forms, measure ourselves
and make discoveries. Finally, we will exercise our minds to see not only magic, but also Wisdom.
Students need plain paper, pencil, ruler, compass, scissors, and a simple calculator.
Paul Stang, MA, is a teacher, student and artist of Sacred Geometry, mathematics and sciences.
He has traveled the world, studying cultures, art and architecture, and has taught these
materials internationally at high school, university and adult workshops. He has published
the book, ¨We as Architects in the Wheel of Life ? Is this the Mathematics we should be learning?¨
An international presenter, he is currently living in the Czech Republic.

Creating Wishing Moon Magick with Teresa
August 14th Using the Blessing Moon of August as our inspiration, we will create
a Moon Water and a Gem and Oil Elixir, while examining Moon lore. Students will leave class
with one vial of Moon Water and a Gem Elixir that you may bring and charge at the Full Moon
Rite on Friday the 15th. All materials included in class price of $20. 7pm

August 15th Join us for this Full Moon that falls almost exactly between our first two harvests.
Working with the harvest energy and, of course, singing bowls, we will travel down
the year-long path toward reaping what we have sown. There is still time to nurture
your goals for the rest of the year.
